Cane Bay Cobra Readers Are Ssssssuper

The mission of our Library Media Center is to assist students
to become effective users of information
and to encourage them to become life-long readers.
Remember to Read Every Day

The media center serves students, faculty, and parents.    Our school has Reading Renaissance, the Accelerated Reader Program that allows our students to access all available AR tests online at school.  This year the Accelerated Reader Program is being funded by PTA and the library.  We also have  Reading Logs for younger students to fill out with book titles they have read.

We invite parents and grandparents to come and check out books to read with our students.  Parents can check out up to 5 books at a time.  We are open from 7 am to at least 2:45 pm during the school year.

Remind your children to read every day of Winter Break!

We sent home Winter Break Reading Logs on Wednesday December  14th .
Please help your students fill out the reading log and return it to school.
We will have a special surprise for each student who returns their log.
Completed reading logs are due back by Friday January 6, 2017.
We have attached a copy of the Winter Break Reading Log
below for your convenience.
