The publication of BCSD's monthly payment transactions is in compliance with the General Assembly's directive of transparency. Any public inquiries on transparency postings should follow BCSD board policy. 

DISCLAIMER:  Due to software implementation challenges, BCSD is unable to provide transparency reports in their typical format after October 2018; however, in order to remain transparent to our public, the district has provided a listing of all P-Card purchases and the accounts payable check register to provide what was typically provided in a single report.  The district believes the combination of these two reports represents the totality of transactions but will supplement as needed.
