I would like to extend a warm welcome to a new school year! I am excited to serve Cane Bay Elementary as Principal. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with an incredibly talented and dedicated faculty and staff.
I attended schools in Berkeley County. Upon graduating from the College of Charleston, I returned to Berkeley County School District as a teacher. I earned my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from The Citadel Graduate College and moved to a position as an instructional coach prior to becoming an assistant principal. I have served as an administrator at Cane Bay Elementary since 2014. I am excited to bring my past years of experience to partner with each of you as we continue to support the students of Cane Bay Elementary.
I believe teamwork and open communication are very important and know that together we will continue to ensure a positive and productive learning environment for our students. I am excited to help support the students, parents, teachers, and community of Cane Bay Elementary! Together, we can continue to focus on high student achievement, innovation, and the development of well-rounded students.
