Students who need to make up seat time hours and/or need additional assistance with courses should sign up for tutoring sessions via the link below. CBHS offers tutoring before and after school, and, once per month, in Saturday School. The dates and information are covered in the attachments. Students with failures due to attendance must make up seat time hours.

Every School Day Counts (ESDC)
Every School Day Counts is a plan for students who have earned a passing grade in a course, but are in danger of failing because they have not met minimum attendance requirements.

Form: Failure Due to Absences
Students are allowed three (3) unexcused absences in a quarter long class. Students are allowed five (5) unexcused absences in a semester class. Students are allowed 10 unexcused absences in a yearlong class. Absences over this limit will result in a “FAILURE DUE TO ABSENCE”, which will result in a loss of credit for the course, regardless of the grade earned.
