Small Group Counseling
Throughout the school year, Ms. Forshay will run a variety of targeted small groups to work on specific skills. Through consultation with teachers, identified students will be invited to partake in these groups. Small group counseling is structured, confidential, & typically involves teaching and practicing new skills. Most students thoroughly enjoy small group counseling services.
You will receive communication via phone or email if your child is selected for a small group. Then, you will receive a parent permission form. Please complete the form and either email it to me or send the hard copy in a sealed envelope with your child to school. Groups typically take place weekly for 4-6 weeks during the school day. Please contact Ms. Forshay if you have questions about small group counseling services at PSE.
