Fourth Grade Teacher, Jessica Guerrero is SRI's Teacher of the Year!

Mrs. Guerrero has taught at Sangaree Intermediate School  for the last 9 years and previously taught here from 1996-2000. She has twenty plus years of experience in Early Childhood and Elementary Education.

She has served as mentor for new teachers, as well as supervising teacher for CSU teacher candidates. She has served as grade chair for the 4th grade, as well as 4th Grade SS Lead. Most recently, she works with faculty and staff on our Leader in Me Action Teams as well as her peers during PLCs and Faculty Meetings. 

It is evident that Mrs. Guerrero LOVES her students. She makes deposits in their Emotional Bank Accounts each day. We are blessed to have her at Sangaree Intermediate School.
