Until students return to school, please make sure that they are logging into their Google classroom daily and completing all assignments, for each teacher. Teachers will be available via email or Google classroom, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

In addition, if your child's device breaks or otherwise stops functioning properly, please e-mail elearning@bcsdschools.net with the following information: name, an email address, the issue with the device, and the closest feeding location to the parent/student. You will need to take the device to the nearest feeding site on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. A tech will be at each site to switch out the equipment. Equipment will only be available if you have emailed elearning@bcsdschools.net. The nearest feeding site to Westview Middle is Devon Forest Elementary.  

The Office of Technology is also offering students assistance via the help desk chat. Students can access this via their Classlink account. Students will need to use the student help chat. Here are some guidelines for using the chat: 

          1. Identify yourself-your name, school, and teacher

          2. Describe the technology problem you are having, using as much detail as possible.

          3. Include links to specific assignments, websites, or resources to help explain the problem.

          4. Be patient.
