The goals of Berkeley County School District's (BCSD) Before and After School Program are to provide supervised care and programs that are safe, fun and recreational, while allowing children to pursue individual interests in a convenient location and at a reasonable cost.

School care begins at a time designated by the student’s school and ends when students are able to go to class. After school care begins at dismissal and ends at 6 p.m. Not all schools offer a before care program.
