To showcase our exceptional art students, each year the Berkeley County School Board hosts the Board Art Show. Prior to last night’s board meeting, select student artwork was on display around the board room for students, parents, board members and the public to observe.
These pieces were chosen by students' art teachers from most of the schools in the district. Before the May 1 board meeting, the student artists were also recognized by Cassandra Cowdrey, BCSD’s visual and performing arts coordinator, for being selected for this honor.
