A game is nothing without a fun mascot -- lucky for hockey fans, there was a whole fleet of mascots at the Jan. 28 Charleston Stingrays game!
Some visitors might have noticed Joe Hawk from Hanahan High participating in the festivities!
The Jan. 28 event was a special game because it was Cool Ray the Stingray's birthday. As part of the fun, Cool Ray invited some local mascot friends to keep the crowd entertained while they watched the hockey players take down the Witchita Thunder.
Joe Hawk was one of four Berkeley County School District mascots that attended the game. He also swung by the BCSD table on the concourse and won an athletic towel after spinning the prize wheel.
