Boys Basketball Fall Workouts

Attention all aspiring basketball players from 7th through 12th grade! Get ready to elevate your game with fall in-season workouts scheduled throughout September. These sessions are a great opportunity to sharpen your skills and get in shape before tryouts.

September Workout Schedule:

  • 9/3: 6:30 PM at Yeamans Hall

  • 9/4: 6:45 PM at Hanahan High School (HHS)

  • 9/5: 4:30 PM at Seacoast (new)

  • 9/9: 6:45 PM at HHS

  • 9/10: 6:30 PM at Yeamans Hall

  • 9/12: 4:30 PM at Seacoast (new)

  • 9/17: 6:30 PM at Yeamans Hall

  • 9/19: 4:30 PM at Seacoast (new)

  • 9/23: 6:45 PM at HHS

  • 9/24: 6:30 PM at Yeamans Hall

  • 9/26: 4:30 PM at Seacoast (new)

To participate, all student-athletes must have a physician-signed physical dated after April 1, 2024, along with other required forms completed and processed through PlanetHS. These workouts are optional but strongly encouraged for those not participating in fall sports.

Stay tuned for potential additional workout sessions on Thursdays after school at a different gym, to be confirmed.
