Starting this September, HMS will once again offer the Heart & Sole Running Club Program to girls after school on Wednesdays. The first meeting will be on Wednesday September 16, from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. Registration for students is now open, but you must be registered by September 9th. Come out to Hanahan Middle for a "Conversations and Cool Treats" event to meet the new principal, Dr. Leslie Howder, on Thursday, August 6, 2026. This is a drop-in event located in the entrance to the school from 4 - 5:30 pm. The Tikiz truck will be onsite for families to purchase some sweet treats. Complete registration by August 5th to guarantee a bus assignment. Students living within 1.5 miles from the new campus location at 5815 Murray Drive will be considered car riders or walkers. A new bike rack is also available on campus for student use. See you on the 10th!
