Congratulations to all of our wrestlers who competed at the State Individuals Wrestling Tournament this weekend in Anderson, SC!
Alex Rush won his second consecutive state championship this weekend, becoming the second Timberland High School wrestler to win two state championships. He also set the record for most wins in a season (51) and most wins in a career (141). Robert Brown, Jr. earned All-State by winning two matches and placing 4th in a very tough weigh class.
Wyatt Thames, Gavin Lewis, Caden Hawkins, Nicholas Ireland, and Nicholas Musgrave also picked up wins but were one match away from making the 3rd place match.
