To warp up the month of October we kicked off Red Ribbon Week by "Socking it to Drugs" and wearing crazy socks. During the month students kindergarten through fifth grade participated in age-appropriate drug awareness lessons during their classroom guidance times. We are excited to say "BOO to Drugs" tomorrow by wearing our Halloween costumes. Just a reminder no masks, props, face or makeup please.

Friday, September 15th was International Dot Day! International Dot Day celebrates creativity, courage, and collaboration as inspired by the Peter Reynolds book "The Dot". Using theatre, dance, music, art, and technology, our Chameleons joined in on this global celebration and had a blast!

To better serve the physical and mental wellbeing of those who work for BCSD, the YMCA has partnered with the school district to provide free memberships to all BCSD employees.
