The library's Craft Corner gathering was a blast! Club participants made tea light globes, mason jar mummies, and book page ghosts. They also made cards for Mrs. Galati, our surprise guest, to deliver to Veterans. The next gathering will be held December 4th. See Mrs. Courtney or Mrs. Fisher for more information.

The first Library Club gathering was a success! We can't wait for our next meetup on October 16th. Permission slips will be available starting on October 9th.

Congratulations to our AMAZING Librarian, Mrs. Carrie Courtney. She has been selected as the Middle School Lead Librarian for the ENTIRE DISTRICT!
WOOHOO!

And then it was Mrs. Thornley's turn. She is pumped and thankful for our Spark-A-Thon success.

Since our students surpassed our $10,000 Spark-A-Thon Goal, Gatorade was dumped on Mr. Bonazzi. The students cheered him on and LOVED it!

Guess what, Monarchs! We are the first secondary level i-Ready Super School this school year for having the highest completion rates on our i-Ready tests and the fewest rush flags.

Have you met King KIP? He is the new mascot at Marrington Middle School of the Arts this year! "KIP" stands for "kindness, integrity and perseverance". King KIP made an appearance during lunch earlier this week at school.
