The Varsity Baseball team traveled to Summerville Tuesday night for a non region match up with the Green Wave. The Knights fell 7-2. Summerville jumped on the board early with two home runs in the first. The Knights would scratch back in the top of the second tying the game at two. Tripp Smith led the Knights at the plate with two singles. Brayden Burnett, Jachin Davis, and Justin Schlag also had hits for the Knights.
Stratford returns to the diamond Friday night in their home opener against West Ashley. First pitch is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
