The Varsity Baseball team followed up their Monday night win with a 9-3 victory over Cane Bay in game 2 of their three game series. The Knights jumped out to a 7-0 lead after three innings. Cane Bay would get on the board with three runs in the fourth, but the Knights would limit the damage. Stratford picked up a single run in the bottom of the sixth for the final margin of victory.
Jachin Davis got the start on the mound for the Knights going three strong shutout innings. Kyle McDowell would come on in relief to earn the win. Jacob Deacon would come on in the sixth and finish up the game with an inning and a third of scoreless work. At the plate the Knights were led by Davis and Tripp Smith. Each had two hits with Davis tallying 3 RBI. Bryden Burnett had two RBI for Stratford. The Knights return to action
