Mrs. Pelzer is in her 26th year in Education.  She is a proud product of Berkeley County School District and Cross. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the College of Charleston. She continued her education to earn a Master’s Degree in Education from Charleston Southern University and an Education Specialists Degree in Educational Leadership from Argosy University.  Mrs. Pelzer enjoys and takes pride in serving the students in her native community.
