Our dedicated teachers and staff had an unforgettable 2 day summer staff retreat, filled with fun, laughter, and wonderful learning opportunities to prepare for the upcoming school year. We focused on strategies for being a champion for kids, student engagement and accountability, while embracing WVE’s 23-24 school theme of “Choose Joy."

Thank you so much Royal Lanes and Alan Cahall for sponsoring our professional development session. Teachers and staff enthusiastically engaged in data-focused activities at the bowling alley, where they analyzed data, discussed trends, brainstormed improvement strategies, and evaluated score enhancements following the implementation of interventions. This experience was enjoyable and also helped build a strong sense of teamwork through a friendly game of bowling.🎳 #WVE #ChooseJoy #TeamBuilding #ExcitementForTheYearAhead #Lovewhereyouwork

Kicking off our first week back at WVE with a focus on our theme, "Choose Joy!" A special shoutout to Steele Sutton and All Star Sports for collaborating on the perfect shirt for our theme. Let's make this year the best one yet! #WVE #SpiritDays #BackToSchool #OneFamily #HousesofWVE #WVEchoosejoy #WVEjoyful #joyfulschool
